My sexual journey has been anything but perfect!
I’ve had lots of tension, frustration, and disillusionment.
At times I had lost my sexual passion, didn’t understand my husband, couldn’t communicate with him about our bedroom life and quite frankly, the sizzle had turned to fizzle.
Often, I felt guilty, angry, and inadequate – but through years of challenging, stretching experiences, I have learned how to maintain a fulfilling passionate mutually satisfying intimate life.
Keyword – LEARNED. Contrary to popular belief, you weren’t born with the skill – it is a learned skill.
Believe me, If I can learn – so can you!!.
My turning point was...
The turning point in my sexual life was when I realized my genitals were not my most important sex organ, but rather my brain.
My brain, or should I say “computer,” had been programmed with a lot of inaccurate, negative information about sex.
When I began to REPROGRAM my “computer/brain” and add new data, reformat old files, delete and banish some mental viruses to the recycle bin forever -- my sex life really took off.
If I THOUGHT correctly about sex, it certainly affected my feelings, and my genitals took care of themselves. It all started with my BRAIN. – Wow! what a transformation took place!
The old adage is true .....
